What this is
We send one-time account sign-in links via text message when you request one through our portal and no email address is on file. That’s it — no marketing, no follow-up texts, no campaigns.
How you opt in
You opt in by visiting https://www.aldenreso.com/resolve/lookup, entering your Alden account number, and tapping ‘Send my sign-in link’ to request a one-time authentication text. Making that request is your consent to receive that single message at the mobile number on file for your account. One request = one text — we never text you unless you ask us to.
Message frequency
One message per sign-in request. We only text you when you ask us to.

Reply STOP. You’ll get one confirmation and we’re done.

Your number stays private
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time, and your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
